We may not be large, but we are mighty. As a family operation we prepare everything honey right on our kitchen table. Each harvest we will small batch fill our jars with comb or just honey. In total the time spent indoors in our quaint kitchen is only about a hundreth of the time spent out in the fields. Beekeeping takes a lot of time and this is our last step before getting this out to you and your loved ones.

It is an absolute sticky mess and we’re pretty sure Gigi will kick us out at some point. She says we never quite remove all the stickiness, but hey, it’s worth the reward.
